Tammy Prickett, Ed.S, NCC, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in the state of Georgia and a board certified National Certified Counselor by the National Board of Certified Counselors. She has over 15 years working in the helping industry and hundreds of continuing education hours. Tammy uses a Cognitive Behavioral approach to work with Clients who suffer from or experience mood disorders, behavior challenges, relationship problems, traumatic events, and concerns stemming from sexual orientation. Her work has focused extensively on depression recovery, suicide prevention, family crisis, sexual health, and grief counseling. Tammy works with individuals, families, and couples 4  – 80 years old.


Richard Gerson, I am a licensed professional counselor ( L.P.C.) with over thirty years of experience in the mental health field and work on a limited basis with adult individuals and couples. I have worked with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship problems, stress management, addiction issues, and have a special interest in working with men's issues. I primarily utilize a brief solution focused approach where we work together to identify realistic goals and the best ways to achieve them.

Karmen Just, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia. Karmen has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Albany State University and her Master of Arts degree from Argosy University. Karmen has worked in the mental health field for over 13 years in a variety of settings including group homes, partial hospital settings, community-based, school -based and clinic based. She has a passion for working with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults facing emotional and behavioral issues including but not limited to ADHD, anxiety, depression, conduct disorder, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and anger management. Karmen is also experienced in working with crisis intervention and helping to provide stabilization during these difficult times. She works with individuals, couples and families with an emphasis on the entire unit by focusing on the mind, body and spirit. Karmen is committed to providing the highest quality of care to promote healing, growth and self-development. Karmen Just is committed to assisting clients in achieving a well-rounded healthy approach to living. 

Christine Mujica, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker, who is currently practicing under supervision to obtain a full Clinical Social Worker license in 2016. Christine has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a Master of Social Work degree from Georgia State University. Christine's experience includes working in program development for a community services board, individual and group counseling, as well as assessment and crisis intervention for adults and adolescents. Christine's clinical experience ranges from working with clients needing assistance with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, and substance abuse. Christine utilizes cognitive behavioral techniques, as well as motivational interviewing and solution-focused therapy to assist clients in reaching their goals.

Tiffany Person, LMSW,Licensed Master Social Worker, is currently practicing under supervision to obtain a full Clinical Social Worker License in 2016, Tiffany has a BA in International Development from Oral Roberts University and a Masters of Social Work from Georgia State University. Tiffany’s experiences include social development projects in four different countries including development of a program at a private Bangladeshi orphanage for teens transitioning out of orphanage care. Tiffany has worked with children and adolescents for 15 years in pastoral, clinical and social development arenas. Her clinical experience ranges from working with clients who suffer from or experience traumatic events, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, behavior challenges, and foster or adoptive families. Tiffany normally uses a Strength Based Cognitive Behavior approach with a holistic perspective.

Ashley Whitfield LPC, I am a married mother of three, originally from Gulfport, MS. I have a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology and a Masters degree in School Counseling with a Clinical Mental Health add-on. I have been a professional therapist since 2013 and I am also an elementary school counselor with DeKalb County school district. I have experience working with clients of all ages, in individual and group settings- with issues ranging from ADHD, general anxiety, PTSD, depression, psychosis, and various compulsive disorders. My therapeutic approach is primarily cognitive behavioral, incorporating play, expressive arts, and reality therapy techniques. I am honored to be a part of the team at Moving Forward Life Services. Tammera Lee, is a licensed professional counselor in the state of Georgia, and nationally certified viathe NBCC. Tammera is eclectic in her orientation and offers a holistic, integrative approach to client center therapy. Tammera's greatest rewards is helping her clients explore ways to implement change in a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere, where they can safely explore and work through feelings, thought, images and beliefs, conscious and/or unconscious, that may be keeping them stuck. 

Tammera has a particular passion and expertise for working with adolescence as they struggle to define their identities, cope with the rapid physical, emotional and psychological change that takes place within themselves and adjust to the demands of peers, schools, families and society. 

Tammera's other area of professional experience includes empowering couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their life and interpersonal relationships, using clinically tested, and evidence based interventions, with creativity, imagination, and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
