Tammera is eclectic in her orientation and offers a holistic, integrative approach to client center therapy. Tammera's greatest rewards is helping her clients explore ways to implement change in a non-judgmental and compassionate atmosphere, where they can safely explore and work through feelings, thought, images and beliefs, conscious and/or unconscious, that may be keeping them stuck.
Tammera has a particular passion and expertise for working with adolescence as they struggle to define their identities, cope with the rapid physical, emotional and psychological change that takes place within themselves and adjust to the demands of peers, schools, families and society.
Tammera's other area of professional experience includes empowering couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their life and interpersonal relationships, using clinically tested, and evidence based interventions, with creativity, imagination, and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals.
